This project is a sanctuary for nature lovers—a beautiful, untouched parcel of land where one can reconnect with family and the earth itself. Spanning 200 acres, it is the canvas upon which dreams of weekend retreats are drawn, offering a place to embrace nature’s embrace and slow down life’s rhythm.

The client, a visionary, plans to parcel the land gradually, selling pieces as funds allow, each plot a future escape into the wild. We began with a meticulous contour analysis, carefully crafting roads and pathways to minimize disruption to the land, preserving its natural flow. Eco-friendly methods were employed, ensuring every step of the development honored the earth’s integrity.

A series of digital models and numerous site visits guided us through the design process, turning vision into reality. Our next phase? Crafting environment-sensitive farmhouses for the future owners—a harmony of design and nature for all who will call this land home
