This Eco-village was created to fulfill the dream of a retired Captain from the Merchant Navy. The site is uniquely blessed with two stunning waterfalls, and visitors must walk through one of them to reach the location. The design of the site revolves around these waterfalls, ensuring that this rare and remarkable natural asset is fully integrated into the experience.

All the structures on the campus have been built using cob construction, and local community members were trained in this sustainable building technique, ensuring that the village is as much about empowering people as it is about preserving nature.
